Hi, I'm Danijela

I spent two years working as a civil engineer before realizing the job wasn't the right fit. With a little encouragement from my hubby, I opened my laptop and taught myself to code. I fell in love with the creativity of solving problems through code, which eventually led me back to university to earn a degree in Computer Science.

I write technical articles inspired by challenges I encounter in my day-to-day work. Sometimes it's a tricky problem with little documentation; sometimes it's simply a topic that sparks my curiosity.

Beyond technical subjects, I enjoy writing about career growth and the human side of software. I believe those parts of our journey matter just as much.

Balance matters, so downtime is important. When I'm not coding or talking about it, you'll usually find me hiking, lifting heavy weights, or losing track of time in a video game.
